What happens if my TSS expires?
TallyPrime keeps working, but you stop getting new releases with GST updates, and features such as remote access, e-invoicing and e-way bill connectivity need an active TSS. Renewing brings them back.
Silver or Gold: which one do I need?
Silver works on one computer. If more than one person needs to use Tally at the same time on your office network, Gold is the right choice. Silver can be upgraded to Gold later.
Do you install and set up Tally after purchase?
Yes. We install the licence, create your company, set up GST details and invoice format, and can migrate your existing data.
What does the computer AMC cover?
Regular maintenance visits, software updates, virus protection, system optimisation and hardware repair support. The exact scope and visit schedule are written into your quote.
Do you support businesses outside Meerut?
Tally support, TSS renewal and many IT issues can be handled remotely anywhere in India. On-site AMC and networking work covers Meerut and nearby areas.

Common frauds and how to spot them.
"Digital arrest" calls
Callers pretend to be police, CBI, customs or courier staff and say you are under investigation. No agency arrests anyone on a video call or asks for money to "clear" your name.
Do: disconnect and call 1930.OTP and UPI PIN requests
You never need to share an OTP or enter your UPI PIN to receive money. Anyone asking is a fraudster, even if they call from a "bank" number.
Do: never share OTP, PIN or CVV.Fake GST and invoice emails
Emails about pending GST notices, refunds or unpaid invoices with attachments or links can install malware on your Tally computer.
Do: check on the GST portal yourself.WhatsApp and SMS links
Messages about electricity disconnection, KYC expiry, prizes or job offers with links or APK files are a top cause of phone hacking.
Do: never install apps from links.Changed bank details
A "supplier" emails new bank details for payment. Criminals hijack email threads to divert large payments.
Do: confirm by phone on a known number.Ransomware
Malware locks all files, including Tally data, and demands payment. It spreads through pirated software, open remote desktop and weak passwords.
